What should I look for in a painting contractor?

How does your process work?

What kind of paint do you use?
“What kind of paint do you use?” isn’t one of the FAQs that’s always straightforward to answer, since we use a variety of products during each job. Depending on the surface we’re painting, we use both interior and exterior paint, as well as concrete paint products suitable for decks and driveways.
No matter what we’re using, you never need to worry about the quality of our work. We only use the highest-quality paints made by top industry brands like Benjamin Moore, PPG, Sherwin-Williams, and others. We also only use products with low or no VOCs. That means our paints are safe for humans and pets alike!
When should you use elastomeric paint?
If you’re asking, “When should you use elastomeric paint?” you’ve likely already put a lot of thought into your paint job and know a little more about the painting process than the average Joe or Jane. We’re glad you’ve done so much research! The answer to your question is that elastomeric paint provides a more thorough coating on the painting surface, but can be harder on delicate surfaces. That’s why this type of paint works best on metal, concrete, stucco, masonry, bricks, and wood, among several other similar surfaces.
Do you clean up after you paint?
Yes, of course! We clean up every day once we’re done, regardless if we are finished with the project or not. We believe in leaving your space cleaner than it was when we started.
Do you offer virtual estimates?

How long will it take for the paint to dry?
Another one of the FAQs we regularly get from our customers is, “how long will it take for the paint to dry?” The answer truly depends on the amount of painting that’s been done and the locations that have been painted. Some types of interior paint can dry in just four to six hours, while some exterior paint jobs need additional curing time. Can you work for my business?
Yet another one of the popular FAQs we receive is, “Can you paint my… (office, retail store, warehouse, or restaurant, etc)?” We’re pleased to tell you that the answer is yes! We offer a full suite of commercial painting services. In order to keep your operations running smoothly during the day, we can even paint at night or during other non-business hours.
How much does it cost to paint a house?

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we have many different options for payment and work with a financing company. Financing is subject to qualification, so please reach out to us for additional details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express. We also accept checks, cash, and money orders.
Do you leave paint for customers to use after the job is over?
Yes, we do. We always leave you some of each color we use so you can take care of any future touch-ups (or give us another call later down the line). To make touch-ups even easier, we label each can with the specific area it was used for, such as “door,” “trim,” “body,” or “soffits.”
Do you provide a warranty on your work?
Yes. If there are any issues with the work we’ve completed, we’ll come back and make things right for you. We have a 5-year Labor & Materials Warranty. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.
